LOL VS is a free service, and using it means you agree to the terms below.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms set out the conditions of use for the web services provided by LOL VS (the “Service”), such as LoL Pro Career, and the rights and obligations of the operator and users.
Article 2 (Service)
The Service provides League of Legends–related tools and a fictional career simulation game free of charge. The operator may change or discontinue content to improve the Service, and will announce important changes on the site.
Article 3 (User obligations)
- Do not enter names or content that infringe on others’ rights or cause offense.
- Do not place excessive load on the Service with automated tools or manipulate records by abnormal means.
- Do not interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
Article 4 (Published information)
Player names and career records entered by users may be shown on the ranking and share pages. The operator may delete content that violates the law or these terms without prior notice.
Article 5 (Intellectual property)
The operator holds the rights to the Service’s structure and code. Rights to team and tournament names, champion and rank images, and logos belong to their respective owners, and this Service is not an official Riot Games service. The teams, players and match results in the game are entirely fictional.
Article 6 (Disclaimer)
The Service is provided as is. Game progress is saved in the user’s browser and may be lost if browser data is cleared, and the operator is not liable for resulting damage. The same applies to service interruptions caused by force majeure such as natural disasters or server failures.
